Hamlin House is a Florida-inspired social and racquet club redefining hospitality in Orlando’s SoDo neighborhood. Spanning more than 28,000 square feet of indoor–outdoor space, the club features premium pickleball courts, curated cultural experiences, and a vibrant food and beverage program led by Chef John Fraser and JF Restaurants. JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced Dishwashers to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group. Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Practice organized checklists to breakdown dish station at the end of service every night Assist in basic food prep tasks as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines Requirements: No prior experience necessary; we will train the right candidate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time without sitting Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods At JF Restaurants, we foster a collaborative, supportive, and inspiring work culture where culinary professionals can thrive and advance.
